IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions govern the use of the transfer services provided by TransferKrakow.pl (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking through our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking and PaymentBookings must be made through our website or partner channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and other options listed during checkout.
Prices shown are final and include VAT – no hidden fees.
3.
Booking ConfirmationYou will receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details.
Please ensure all details (pickup time, location, flight number, etc.) are correct.
If you don’t receive confirmation within 30 minutes, contact us at:

Changes and CancellationsFree cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Changes (time, address, extras) can be made at least 24 hours in advance – subject to availability.
Late cancellations (less than 48h) may not be refunded.
5.
Delays and No-ShowsWe monitor flight delays. Your driver will adjust pickup time accordingly.
If you’re delayed more than 1 hour without notifying us, we reserve the right to charge a waiting fee or cancel the booking.
6.
Pickup and Drop-offThe driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point with a name sign.
Please ensure your phone is reachable at the time of pickup.
7.
Luggage and PassengersStandard booking includes 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per person.
If you have extra luggage, let us know in advance.
The number of passengers must not exceed the maximum specified during booking.
8.
Extras (Flowers, Water, Wi-Fi)Extras must be selected during booking and are subject to availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers of extras (e.g., florists).
9.
Conduct and SafetyPassengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs or acting aggressively.
10.
LiabilityWe are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, strikes, or weather.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the transfer.
11.
Data ProtectionWe respect your privacy. Your data will only be used to process bookings and provide service.

ComplaintsComplaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days to:

JurisdictionThese terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be settled by the court in Kraków.
